In Memoriam
Foundation for Human Services was founded by Dr. Daniel Panitz in honor of his dear friend Dr. S. Richard Sauber, who passed away from Super Nuclear Palsy. Through caring for his friend, Dr. Panitz witnessed firsthand the immense challenges faced by caregivers of individuals with neurological decline.
Our mission has expanded to support all vulnerable populations facing emotional distress or trauma, including recent immigrants and those who have overcome extreme adversity, loss, fear, displacement, discrimination, illness, and physical disability.
